Our jewellery is crafted to the highest standards and can last you for many many years, however it is not indestructible and it is up to you to take care of it.
All jewellery is subject to wear and tear, being mindful of how and when you wear your precious pieces will help to preserve its life-span.
We recommend you remove your rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets while in the gym, or lifting heavy items. You should remove your jewellery during activities where there is a possibility it could get an accidental bang, get caught or pulled; such as swimming, sports, gardening, showering or sleeping.
Silver may turn brown or black over time - to avoid this wipe with a jewellery cleaning cloth or solution when it is not being worn.
Gold may also turn slightly brown over time, it can be restored to its bright colour with a jewellery dip solution or a jewellery cleaning cloth.
White gold will start to appear slightly yellow over time, we provide a rhodium plating and polishing service which will restore your piece to its former glory!
To clean your diamonds at home you can use warm water, washing up liquid and a soft toothbrush. We can also provide a professional cleaning service in store - where we not only clean but inspect your ring to make sure it is in its best condition possible.
