We process every order as soon as we get it, and your personalised gift will arrive to you within one week* complete with gift packaging. Unfortunately, we do not engrave the inside. *subject to stock availability; should your item not be in stock, we will contact you immediately.

How do I take care of my jewellery?
Gold
Scrub lightly with a fresh toothbrush and warm water. You can also buff your pieces using a polishing cloth.
Sterling Silver
Gently rub the surface with a polishing cloth.
Do you have a warranty?
We offer a 1-year warranty on our jewellery from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues, please contact us for assistance.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use a polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with a polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!

Ireland Orders: Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.
International Orders: We aim to dispatch international orders within 4-5 business days.
Customisations: Orders with engravings or other customisations may take an additional day for processing.
Please Note: Shipping times are estimates. Delivery dates may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing (for international orders). We'll provide you with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
