How do I take care of my jewellery?
Gold
Scrub lightly with a soft toothbrush and warm water. You can also buff your pieces using a polishing cloth.
Sterling Silver
Gently rub the surface with a polishing cloth.
Do you have a warranty?
We offer a 1-year warranty on our jewellery from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues, please contact us for assistance.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use a polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with a polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!

Ireland Orders: Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.
International Orders: We aim to dispatch international orders within 4-5 business days.
Customisations: Orders with engravings or other customisations may take an additional day for processing.
Please Note: Shipping times are estimates. Delivery dates may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing (for international orders). We'll provide you with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your jewellery, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your online order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and in their pristine condition
- Returned in original packaging
If you’re returning an item because you've simply changed your mind, return postage will be at your own cost. However, if the return is due to a faulty item, we’ll be happy to cover the return shipping.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns on engraved or personalised jewellery
- For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings or piercings.
- Jewellery that shows any signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted for return.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive one 72hrs after placing your order.
