DELIVERY

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

  • Our delivery process generally takes 1-5 working days. This can vary depending on engraving services, sizing, special instructions, etc.

What if an item is out of stock after I have placed my order?

  • If your item has to be ordered from suppliers and we cannot dispatch your order within our usual delivery period, we will contact you to discuss the best options.

What are the delivery charges?

  • Delivery is free for all orders over €75.00. For orders under €75.00, there will be a delivery charge of €6.00.

RETURNS

What is your return policy for online purchases?

  • For online orders, we operate a 14-day refund/exchange policy. All goods must be returned unworn, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Can I get a cash refund for my online order?

  • No, cash refunds are not available. Refunds are made through our website via a reverse transaction to the original purchasing card holder.

What is your return policy for in-store purchases?

  • For in-store purchases, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases.

How can I return an item for a refund or exchange by post?

  • You can return the item to our specified address by registered post within 14 days of receiving your order.

Can I return my online order in-store?

  • Yes, you may return the item(s) in person to our store with the original receipt for a direct exchange, store credit or refund to the original payment method.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return or exchange of earrings or body piercing jewellery.

Is your refund policy the same for online and in-store purchases?

  • No, our refund policy for online purchases differs from that of in-store purchases. Refunds are exclusive to online orders.

How long does it take for a refund to process?

  • The transaction may take a few days for your bank to process once the refund has been initiated.

What if my return gets lost in transit?

  • We advise using registered post for returns, as we are not responsible for any items lost in transit while being returned to us.

How will I know when my return is processed?

  • Customers would be notified via email once their return has been processed.
