We want your special purchases to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore, delivery will be made by Registered Post service and should reach you within 1-5 working days (depending on engraving service / sizing / special instructions etc)
If your item has to be ordered from suppliers and we are unable to dispatch your order within our normal delivery period we will contact you to discuss and advise best options.

Returns for in store purchases
We are happy to exchange an item (excluding earrings for hygiene purposes & special orders) within 14 days of purchase or alternately issue store credit. All goods must be returned unworn, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns for online purchases
For Online Orders we operate a 14 day Refund / Exchange policy.

Refunds & Exchanges by post
Should you wish to exchange or receive a refund on an item please return the item to the address below by post (We are not responsible for any items lost in transit while being returned to us) within 7 days of receiving your order. All goods must be returned unworn, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Our refund policy is exclusive to online orders.
Alternatively, you may return the item(s) in person to our store accompanied by the original receipt.
You will be able to receive a direct exchange or store credit but will not be able to receive a refund by this method of return.
For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept the exchange of earrings or body jewellery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
