1.1 This Giveaway is open to anyone aged 18 years or over, except employees of Gear Jewellers, anyone professionally associated with the Giveaway, or any member of their households.

1.2 Only one entry per person will be accepted for signing up to the email list, and one additional entry for following on Instagram. Multiple entries using the same information will be treated as one entry.

2. Entry Period

2.1 This Giveaway commences on [01/07/2023 at 12:00 AM, GMT] and concludes on [31/07/2023 at [11:59 PM, GMT].

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter, participants must sign up for the Company’s email list during the Entry Period.

3.3 Only one entry per person is allowed for email sign-up and one additional entry for following on Instagram.

4. Prize

4.1 The prize is a NAME NECKLACE in 9ct Gold (“Prize”), which is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

4.2 In the event that the Prize is no longer available, a reasonable equivalent will be offered.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1 All entries will be collected, and the winner will be selected at random after the closing of the Giveaway.

5.2 The winner will be notified and must respond within 14 days of notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize and an alternative winner may be selected.
